Welcome to our place for a cosy, local stay in Stockholm, Sweden. Our family of three in Solna has a spare bedroom to host you. Enjoy a warm welcome, insider tips, and a taste of Swedish life.

The room

You’ll be staying in our comfortable and spacious guest room with your own balcony and private bathroom.
Convenient for one or two people looking for a few nights or few weeks to stay, a few stations away from Stockholm center.

What's included:

  • Double bed (We can add a mattress on the floor for a kid)

  • Bed linen and towels

  • Desk and closet with large mirror

  • Private balcony

  • Fully renovated private bathroom (with hair dryer, and basic hygiene products)

  • Of course, free wifi!

Also available:

You can use the kitchen with all appliances. We offer complementary coffee. We can arrange breakfast and meals as add-on options.
The building has a common laundry room that you can use.
There’s an elevator but our apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

Pricing:

  • 1 night: 500 SEK

  • 1 week (7 nights): 3000 SEK

  • 2 weeks (14 nights): 5500 SEK

The location

Our apartment is located on Infanterigatan in Solna. It’s a quiet area with plenty of green space and nice restaurants.

Access:

  • Subway Västra Skogen: 15 min to Stockholm Central

  • Bus 122: 20 min to Karolinska Institutet

  • Walking distance from Solna Centrum

Who we are

We are a family of three, originally from France. We've lived in Sweden for more than 10 years.

Nico is a researcher at Karolinska Institutet and Cécile is a freelance illustrator.
We love spending time outdoors, hiking in the forest or exploring the city.
Our home is spacious, so we want to share it with people who need a room for a few nights, whether visiting family, starting a new job, studying, or just enjoying Stockholm from a local perspective.We speak English, French, Swedish and a bit of Spanish. We look forward to welcoming you!

How to book

Check availability below and contact us with desired dates for arrival / departure.
We want to keep it personal, so we’ll set up a short call with you to confirm the booking.We'll ask for a 20% (non-refundable) deposit to finalize the reservation. The full amount will be invoiced on the day of arrival. Payments are made by credit card, using the secured system Stripe.
